Property and service information
Check property particulars and availability with the identified publisher. An enquiry does not create a mandate, tenancy, booking or payment commitment. Clearly labelled demonstration listings show how a property can be presented; they are not available properties.
Platform rules and complaints
The Terms of Use explain account use, listings, content rules and complaints. Separate paid offers must supply their supplier, scope, price and applicable contractual information before an order is confirmed. Contact legal@huge.lu to report a legal concern, including the relevant page address and an explanation.
Report illegal content or contact the team
Visitors and members can report suspected illegal content to the HUGE team at legal@huge.lu. No account is required. Authorities may use the same contact.
Include the exact page URL, the content concerned, why you believe it is illegal, necessary supporting information, your name and reply address where required, and a statement that you are reporting in good faith and believe the information is accurate and complete. Avoid unnecessary identity documents.
Reports require human handling under the applicable procedure, including acknowledgements, decisions and any review or appeal. Sending a report does not automatically remove content.
Language and scope of these notices
The accepted Terms and portions of these notices remain in English. The new privacy, AI and business-authorisation sections are available in seven languages. Changing the interface language does not change the Terms you accepted.
