Storage in your browser
The entries below explain some of the storage used by HUGE. This is not a complete list of cookies and storage used by every feature or external provider. Sign-in, saved items, language settings, workspace features and payment services may use additional storage. Contact legal@huge.lu for information about a particular feature or provider.

Your optional-personalisation choice, its version and the time of your choice. It does not grant analytics permission.
Valid for 180 days. Expired or invalid choices leave personalisation off. A new choice replaces the previous one.

Up to 120 records of property views, searches and saves, used for suggestions in this browser.
Only records younger than 30 days are used. Expired records are removed when this history is accessed. Refusing optional personalisation clears this history.

Removed when privacy choices are checked or saved.

The SDK may also use this identifier for anonymous service requests. HUGE disables automatic SDK analytics.
HUGE has not configured a fixed expiry for this key. It may remain or be recreated for SDK operation; its presence is not permission for optional analytics.

Until changed or browser storage is cleared.
A validity period controls when stored information can be used. It does not guarantee background deletion while the site is closed: local storage may remain until it is checked, replaced or cleared. Browsers may clear it sooner. Restoring a browser session can also restore session storage. Clearing storage can remove unsynchronised drafts or saved items and sign you out.
Analytics, session recording and service requests
HUGE disables optional analytics in its application SDK client, including its automatic analytics initialization and heartbeat events. Allowing local property suggestions does not allow analytics or advertising. Necessary sign-in, security and service requests can still occur; external services have their own data flows.
Session recording is switched off in HUGE’s Base44 settings. Switching it off does not by itself delete any recordings collected previously.
You can change your choice through Privacy choices. Refuse optional withdraws local personalisation and clears its interest history. The choice applies in this browser whether or not you have an account. Accept optional permits only the described local suggestions, not marketing, AI training, sharing with every agency or unrelated services.
Cookies and local storage
Browser storage remembers information on your device. HUGE uses it for sign-in and security, a record of your choices, saved property identifiers and the presentation settings you request. Session storage normally lasts for the browser session; local storage remains until the feature replaces it or it is cleared. Some browsers may clear storage earlier.
The controls available here
The Personalised suggestions switch allows recent property views, searches and saves to tailor recommendations in this browser. It is off by default. If you enable it, up to 120 interest records from the last 30 days are stored locally; this feature makes no server copy. Refuse optional turns it off and clears that interest history. Usage analytics and advertising tracking are not enabled by these controls, and no permission for a different future purpose is inferred.
Your privacy preference is versioned and remembered for up to 180 days in this browser. You can reopen Privacy choices through About & legal at the foot of the home page or in My HUGE, or through account privacy controls. Clearing storage or using a different browser can require a new choice. Your Terms agreement is recorded separately and never enables personalised suggestions or optional tracking.
Requested preferences
The site remembers settings such as saved property identifiers, app-tab groups and presentation, and whether the entrance has appeared during the session. These are used to provide the relevant requested experience. Clearing browser storage can remove local saved items, preferences and sign-in state. The privacy switch does not sign you out or clear those records.
Maps, media and device permissions
A map tile, external image, street-view panel or other externally hosted content can contact its provider when loaded. Microphone and location permissions are also controlled by your browser. The personalisation preference does not switch off all network requests, manage browser permissions or grant consent on behalf of these providers. Review the Privacy Notice and the information shown with the feature concerned.
Changing a choice
Refusing optional tracking must leave core property searches and enquiries available. A feature that needs separate permission should explain that requirement at the point of use.
